If there’s nothing happening on your power meter, the fuse may have blown on the pole or pillar box on your boundary, or you may be part of a wider network outage. Call your retailer or fill in our Report an outage form.

Step 1
Design and construction
Your work will be carried out by our contactors. This includes and infrastructure setup and upgrades required for your connection. Once construction is complete and compliance is confirmed, your connection will be ready for livening. Work is carried out by our contractors. Step 2
Network connection
For new connections, we'll arrange for a new ICP with the retailer. Once your electrician has provided a Certificate of Completion, we'll arrange for the connection to be livened. -
Step 3
Prepare and apply
Talk to your electrician, then gather all the required information and submit your application via Powerco Connect - our connections portal. -
Step 4
Quote and offer
Network ready
If your connection does not require any network design and/or construction, we will provide you with a fixed-price quote. See pricing schedule for details.
